 I truly could write a novel on how awesome Julie is, but to give you the highlights, she was my biggest advocate, constantly reassuring me she would handle something difficult for me, and ALWAYS following through. She explained everything I didn't understand, and is very personable, but will give you the hard and dirty facts if necessary (example, house appears good, but history of crime is the area). She was persistent in staying on the seller to fulfill what they said they would, and kept me constantly updated. I would highly, highly recommend her!
